We are not there ! With share price @ 1, even a full subscrition of new 6mln would raise 6 mln in equity...which should be burned in much less than a year

if they release conclusive data in the next days and (provided they are good) they afterwhile announce Purdue lawsuit settlement + Purdue partnership for oXY ...then we are save and likely start a major repricing.
