TROW, thank you for that outstanding explanation. I agree Jason is well protected against a hostile take over and most likely would not consider selling for a long time. However, like many of us in here I try to consider all possibilities. Plus, after knowing he attended those investors conferences and met with many different investors. Without hearing any updates from the events and while still waiting for the audit and up list to evolve. The mind tends to wander to the possibility of Jason connecting up with a big tech investor with deep pockets who convinces him to delist and go private. I’m hopeful that his ultimate vision is to ring that bell on Wall Street one day with all of us watching. So either way I’m long on this stock no matter what happens. Hopefully we get some clarity soon enough.
