Because the 8-K stated effective 11 Oct, contract ends, not ATM shares. That means no shares will be sold tomorrow ATM from Canaccord. Because their contract ends at the stroke of midnight.
If it ended at COB 11 Oct like some are saying, then it would be Effective Oct 12, no more shares sold ATM.
If contract ended tomorrow COB, then wording wouldn't say "no shares", it would say "Effective Oct 11, remaining shares will be sold ATM" or something like that.
TLDR? ATM offering ends at 11:59pm tonight, contract ends 12:00am (or 12:01 if it is easier to visualize) 11 Oct, so in less than an hour.
