Yeah people talk about all that float but its not trading. I would be more concerned if it was getting dumped into the market but volume and my outstanding buy orders at 3 suggest it isn't. If they were going to dump the billions of shares they have prior to the restructuring they would have done it and volume would have been a lot higher. I think this bodes well for the holders of NOUV shares since it suggests the majority of holders are in PURA and NOUV and not selling.
