First of all, I’m not defensive at all, as I’d have never bought this junk in the first place. The thought of an attorney for a class action lawsuit on this is just as funny, as there won’t be enough evidence to convict these guys. Many warned people here about the RS that happened over and over. Some were so smart, that they thought they could average down to get their money back, only to be met with another RS. If anything, I’d be filing a lawsuit against the people on here who also mislead you (Rapture) for one. The saying goes here with these stinky pinks “ NEVER INVEST MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE”. There are responsibilities on the investors part as well to do proper DD before investing. Taking buying and selling advice from a message board is far from doing an ounce of DD.
