The buyer and seller I believe sometimes are related or are the same person. They are trying to make it appear to us like the stock is going down by loading these 100 share trades creating the illusion that the value is going down when in reality most of us are not going to sell for less than $15. Then they are going to start buying so they can get their short positions out cheaper.
