So when it was trading at $0.22 a share then $0.20 a share, then $0.17 a share, then $0.15 a share, then $0.12 a share, then $0.08 a share, then $0.05 a share, then $0.02 a share...

You were very upbeat and proclaiming that there was no dilution.

But UNDER .01/sh is when you finally figured it out?
