Look at any annual report. Financials are a big part of it, but there's lots more to each report, like management discussion, plans going forward, etc, etc. I'm sure those other items are well under way for each successive 10K. They'll be out soon enough. Having the audit completed is a BIG deal; now management can focus on the rest of the 10Ks and getting them filed ASAP.

Audit appears to be completed as message below from Mark on 10/2 states. So, only actions remaining are to complete each 10K with management sections, and submit. Could happen at any time.
