Where is the evidence that this is a penny scam?

For years it has been physics, physics, physics. It's a scam because the physics do not work.

Some actually stated that when air was saturated with water it would become LESS DENSE! Therefore this was a scam.

It was laughed at, with some stating that the "less dense air" would actually rise out of the tower instead of down it...

Well now there have been real scientists and experts that say this concept is real. And there is a real tower that demonstrates it, even at less then ideal height and atmospheric conditions.

I don't see the argument for scam anymore.
