PIOE - what's really nice here is that the bigboard smallcaps and microcaps have been sold off very hard since the beginning of Sept., especially since Oct. 1. Look at charts for the IWM and IWC. It's nearing a major correction for those indices.

And yet PIOE is slightly up during that time

A shelter from the storm.

Now, if only those humans and animals in harm's way from Hurricane Michael can find physical shelter from the storm....
