No "news"... just today is the vote to raise the AS. Also, we are coming down from a nice bump last week.

Good financials and/or acquisition news is going to be needed to push the pps up. There is also a catalyst later this month that SGMD might temporarily benefit from as well. If management is smart, they will release positive Financials and some Acquisition news just before that catalyst. Then use that bump in PPS to sell some of their news shares, maximizing their capital increase and limiting the number of shares they need to sell.
