Someone help me make sense of this... Was this panic selling or dilution? Why in the world would the market react this way to toxic debt being eliminated?

Something isn't right with today. Hopefully the conference and the companies actions correct this for us sooner than later. Makes no sense to be dropping in PPS when so much is supposedly going right here.

Software Engineer by day. Hobby investor by night. All post are IMO.
