In the sec filings yesterday Oncosec lists an intent to sell $5,471,763 worth of stock or warrants. This is listed under the Alpha Holdings Prospectus so I think this is set up for Alpha Holdings to max out their allowed ONCS holdings limit at 18.9% total. with the two placements agrred upon they have taken a 15% stake in ONCS. $5,471,763 odd dollar ammount looks like that would get them to 18.9%. Just my opinion here.
