Let's see how it Pans out. There MUST be a good reason for FLPC to keep the doors open. I cannot think of one, despite the amount of debt they have PLUS existing Bills with regard to Accountancy...which was mentioned by Bob much earlier on, I am wondering how or why they continue, so perhaps they know much more than anyone is aware of. Any 'Missing' cash may be kept aside to kick-start the business, so we shall see.
With Libel or implied Libel, It is unlikely they really care what people write. If this was so, I think they would have started with Facebook a long time ago. It's their choice whether to ignore or chase potential Libel cases. No point in getting embroiled into the 'He said She said' types of banter any more.
