Revised pricing doesn’t necessarily mean lowering the price, but can also mean a more detailed explanation for the price.

SB keeps us updated. In March we were close to a deal. Turkey decided to explore other options before committing to SB. They couldn’t find any and then came back to SB. Sounds like SB has the upper hand and that Turkey is making to look a large purchase.
