Yes, $0.00444 is a very easy target for ACTL! In order to match the Same market value with another its peer (it just exploded to 0.0038 most recently from the Same bottom 0.0001 with 71,846,033,691 shares Giant OS and 100,000,000,000 shares Giant AS! ), ACTL will create a New Multiple-Year high $0.3906 which is 1953 Times of its current ridiculous low price!

Keep in mind: ACTL only has 699,217,523 shares Low OS count!

We just need very strong slapping actions to take out all the 0.0002 asking shares (about $26K cash) in order to trigger the well overdue 3906 ~ 44.4-Bagger Giant rally!

In fact ACTL ever surged 12-Bagger to 0.0012 in 2016 from 0.0001 with huge slapping volumes (total 320M shares of trading volume) v.s. at the joke low price 0.0002 now!
