Not only that, the company was broke, being sued for Millions and ultimately filed BK (all backed up with legal docs no less) as the PROMOTION of fake revenue numbers were perpetuated to sell those shares!!

Here's an interesting historical doc, it's the original share structure from when the shell was taken over by Willy!

Just a few seconds of research will show a "PROMOTED target float" (800-900 mill) and finally the current share structure with no where near the PROMOTED share holder value over the life of this "McCusker merger" pump and dump.

MHC target float is between 800-900 million shares. Restricted shares, to increase for preferred placements and other acquisitions.
