1. No convertible debt
2. No dilution for over a year the ss has been the same
3. SOS state fees were paid about a month ago
4. Financials and disclosures done about a week or 2 ago
5. No promo or paid groups....at.least.none that I can find
6. Charts is prime for a breakout
7. Steady accumulation over the past 7 weeks
8. Perfect candidate for a RM or a change.of direction or... Who knows....but something is up.
