NPHC - people need realize....


This SEC lawsuit is a CIVIL case and not a criminal case. There is a gigantic difference.


And NONE of it is been proven in the court of law. Im sure a few of you have been falsely accused in your lifetime. I would say 90% of the comlaints dont hold wieght and Will be dismissed. The rest will be settled with a payment of the fines associated.


Notice how the SEC year end is in September and they laid around 40 lawsuits down right before end of September... IMHO the SEC is seeking money through the majority of these lawsuits.


The bottom line is that the company is NOT stopping business. Sales. Product production and distribution will continue. The expansion of the IP portfolio continues and the JV partnership funding will provide necessary support for all the above

Shareholder sentiment may be at all time low and people may think its all over for NPHC. I will ask you this.... WHAT IF YOUR WRONG.

NPHC will be one of the biggest turn around stories in biotech history. We will see.
