Some early tax selling... TECO down 90% to .000001 on 1 trade of 690,579 shares. likely a write-off of a buck for the lot deal with the brokerage house where the buyer is their broker and they just let the shares rot in a trash dump account so their client can take the tax loss write-off.

Obviously nobody wants to buy this crappy dead scam stock and the reason there is next to nothing for volume.
