What must take place, before this runs.

I've explained this more than once, what in my opinion must take place first. This step, is controlled mostly by outside forces, the SEC on approval of IHSI's sister partner's S-1/A approval.

Documents, including audited financials, are in the SEC's hands now for review.

Initial submission was the end of July. Second S-1 amendment forwarded September 4, 2018.

Blockchain Energy and Intelligent Highway are closely linked, sharing a facility and partnership with the PAS project, requiring funding for forward momentum.

It's only a matter of time.
