CVBT Bankruptcy filing - What does it mean?
Well, with a small amount of reading it seems that this appears to be some disgruntled creditors chasing up unpaid debts. The names on the court filings appear to ex office assistants/managers.
It is important to note it is an INVOLUNTARY bankruptcy filing under chapter 7, meaning that CVBT has not filed for bankruptcy, but rather that a few individuals are owed money and trying to FORCE the company into bankruptcy because they believe the company cannot or will not be able to pay them.
All this is, is a few individuals using legal measures to force the company to pay them (presumably) unpaid salaries. What this is NOT is the death of CVBT as Walhall would have you believe, but it is obvious there is an agenda behind his posts.
One would presume the company will pay the debts and move on.
Again worth remembering that THE COMPANY HAS NOT FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY.
