Wouldn't a takeover/merger propel this stock, instead of massive sell-off and pps driven into ground? Have you experienced this before, where a possible takeover/merger drives pps wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy down? I find it hard to believe that this scenario is/or would be taking place, and it sounds good, but I don't see the rationale in such event taking place.
I certainly would be all for it though, but it sounds too good to be true. Thanks for any insight you, or anyone else may provide.
