I look at it this way - This Bridge-gap operational loan lets call it gives Leo and Dr. B the flexibility to stay operational at their same location ( since I am sure everyone noticed the address on both the 8K and 424B5 that were filed today), negotiate further the Term Sheet since all the "Legal Eagles" would need to work through all the language and financials, and further along steps of receiving P data and looking into K oral formulation.

Just my opinion on how I see and view today's action and why I bought some more shares today and will be buying more tomorrow when funds clear. Never thought I would be able to cost average so low and increase my share count at the same time.

My opinion is that the MM's are putting constant pressure on this company's stock whether for their own good or on behalf of a "Hidden Entity" trying to force IPIX's hand so as to try and steal the drug pipeline in a BK sale.

One HUGE issue with that concept is that they are forgetting that
IPIX HAS NO DEBT!!!!
