Question from a newbie

According to the 8K Chassman could have a further 8,333,333 warrents which she can exercise at 04 cents for 5 years.

I don't understand? Why would she exercise those warrants at 04 cents when the PPS is expected to move north of that figure quite dramatically over the next 12-24 months. Surely the management don't believe that the PPS is going to stay at the 04 cents level for the next 5 years?

I'm obviously missing something in my naivety so could someone please explain it in layman's terms to me.
