So, let us get your drift here? Are you saying that some KB controlled entity was willing to pay up to .0004 [100% higher than where started], for 280 million shares to raise about $90K for KB? What are we missing here?

And exactly how does one dump 280 million shares and the price double?

If she actually did this [doubtful], and if not illegal or dilutive, then so be it. Someone may have wanted a big stake in QEDN and a private arrangement was made. How would that be bad???
