So what proof do you have that it's a scam?

Just because the price per share is down does not mean it's a scam.

Just because there's been no update in the last year-and-a-half does not mean it's a scam.

So I'm just wondering what proof besides the price per share do you have that this is a scam because once again the share price does not mean it's a scam just because it's very low right now
