It has been awhile since we first.....

heard about their publication in the Journal of Frontier Oncology. So I decided to see what was up at Harvard. What I found looks a lot like steady progress investigating the use of cannibinoids as an adjuvalent, and their effect on in tumor reduction when combined with RT (radio therapy). Their first article appeared 9/2017 suggesting this as a possibility

The second article, which I just found, was published 4/2018 and provided empirical evidence of the hypothesized effect. I think the conclusion in this second article gives a pretty good indication of what the Dana-Farber Research is all about. So fyi...

Ongoing work is investigating such SRBs ("smart bio-materials) loaded with CBDs, which could simply replace currently used inert RT biomaterials during image-guided RT, all at no additional inconvenience to cancer patients.
