Uh....the article being cited is from NOVEMBER 7th OF YEAR 2017 (LOL)....THEY WERE ALREADY GIFA Inc then per their corporate charter changes in NV and their NEW $12 MILLION Euro, 4-story building was BEING COMPLETED and was finished by Jan 2018....DONE....

Many companies as they complete their new facility HIRE PEOPLE....OFTEN IN THE PARKING LOT IN A TENT (as a local new super TARGET store is doing NOW which is just finishing final construction in our local area and will be open in approx 30 days or whatever) or at a location nearby, etc. They hire early TO BE READY AND "staffed up" WHEN THEY OPEN. The new GIFA Inc building has been in operation for ALMOST ONE YEAR NOW as is well, well documented.

Kinda important, IMO, to PUT THE FACTUAL DATE ON ARTICLES OR LINKS BEING USED in order to put them in PROPER FACTUAL CONTEXT to properly support any STATEMENTS/CLAIMS "trying" to be made from same....out of context w/o the proper dates and time-lines leads to non factual statements being made.....

It's in my FREAKING POST, CLEARLY STATED. I cite the recent official PR ISSUED BY COMPANY ATTORNEY and co-SECRETARY WILLIAM AUL....he...he...he states again, in pretty PLAIN ENGLISH...that "GIFA HOLDINGS" is to be rolled-into what is now GIFA Inc. (NOTHING he states says part of it or a sub-set of it or any other similar wording, he used the phrase "GIFA HOLDINGS" to merge into the subsidiary Firefish which then vanishes, as in ALL REVERSE MERGERS).

They, GIFA Holdings, also PLASTERED IN GIANT LETTERING GIFA Inc on their new WORLD HEADQUARTERS...NOWHERE does it say, "GIFA HOLDINGS" on it...not in any public photos they've published or in their new professional video they recently produced, etc. GIFA Inc is the new company name....PRETTY CRYSTAL CLEAR TO ME....

Nothing that complicated taking place here....it's simple stuff to me....

OLD ARTICLES being taken out of context don't change a thing for me personally.....not an iota....
