There are about 30.6 million shares of UDFI outstanding. That leads to a market cap of $130 million today. Back in 2015, UDFI's net assets were $514 millions.

So, at current levels you are buying into a residential development loan portfolio in the best housing markets in the country at 25 cents on the dollar based on 2015 values.
