This article tells the story in a nutshell,imo. They are bleeding cash. This situation needs to get turned around which is very possible considering their improving revenue stream. This is why there is a high share count.

If one expects the pps to go higher this company needs to get a handle on expenses. Get the balance sheet in order and we'll see the pps much higher. It can be done but it won't be easy.
