Agrimed was not awarded a clinical research license, and there is an injunction against CRs in Pennsylvania. The likelihood that clinical trials happened are doubtful.
Univec may have plans to sell to pharmaceutical companies, but unless Agrimed sells in dispensaries at some point, the state will pull their license, so saying Agrimed is never selling in dispensaries seems like a bad assumption... they have to sell in state dispensaries to stay compliant and keep their license.
Agrimed won't have a license to grow if they don't adhere to the state rules and regulations.
If Univec doesn't get materials from Agrimed, what else do they have in terms of value? I cannot locate any website, social media, office location, or employee information on linkedin. This really seems like a shell unless someone else has some DD I'm missing.
