This is a close to the company and already heavily invested family imo.
I will bet we see the SP skyrocket and no selling. This agreement allows the company to repurchase all preferred shares after the fact for 120% of value of issuance. 9 months of breathing room. Take b-OM into phase 3. Secure P data and partner up. Imo
