With this deal, Leo has intentionally convoluted the share structure of ipix so that the average ipix investor can’t discern the degree of dilution and the actual cost of capital. This is a terrible deal. After all, Leo claims to have signed a non binding term sheet with a global pharma (not to mention the 20 cda’s). And this raise is with a multi family office? What a joke.
