On what basis did you not believe Donnelly?

Besides 'just my opinion'. I'd really like to know. Were you at the meeting?

Poor Jim Donnelly. I hate to continually refer to him in my posts. But what he said was so important. And I just happen to think he was authentic. Maybe he didn't have a script when he dropped the news on the expected hundreds of thousands of B2B CURA users next year.

Of course the continual expensive financing is significantly diluting real shareholders at the same time and helping the short in the same breath. And degrading the value of those hundreds of thousands of users on a pro rata shareholder basis. The short story is....quite a journey....has been an archaeological expedition.

Further, from what I know the company doesn't know what you're talking about when you assert a napping deficiency in the CURA tech. That's what I hear. So please explain what you're talking about. I certainly would like to know.

I'm skeptical right now. I'm thinking CURA is either a tax attribute gift to another entity in the future or a big money maker plus a tax gift to that same entity. After Donnelly I'm thinking the latter. You see, I believed Donnelly when he expected hundreds of thousands of CURA B2B users in months from now. I showed for the annual so I got his message firsthand.

Of course the tax attributes and the Donnelly user predictions could benefit the current minority shareholders instead, or at the same time. The share price ultimately paid will determine that. But I'm skeptical of that given the continual and extreme insider dilution (despite Donnelly) and that impenetrable 33 cent stock price barrier (despite Donnelly) and, well, this board (despite Donnelly).

Lastly, cheddar is not even pertinent, at least in terms of your doubting Jim Donnelly and your napping reference. But yes, cheddar was indeed crap. I was the first here to say that. As far as this discussion though, it's not relevant. However, in another frame it's a predicate.

But please respond to the above instead. There are the two questions above I think it's fair to ask based on your post. Why do you dismiss Donnelly out of hand and please precisely explain this napping thing. And explain the napping tech thing thoroughly, please. So we can all understand.
