Maybe someone else can explain it better ? You have 2 ways to describe your ngl. Both add up to the same $$$ up or down. If you use your cb and add or subtract from the share price you get your net profit or loss. I have 20 k shares at a true cb of 12 so I’m down about 18 k. But over 2 years collected 64k in dividends so I’m up about46k. Now if I took that 64 k by 20k shares and used it to lower my cb to about 9.3 which would be the same thing = 46 k it’s just a preference on how you wanna do the math. Hope this helps. Lol
