Discussion for seasoned veteran investors, not traders. I'm a perma bull. George holds paper under .01 and anyone else under .01 is in great shape. Devil is in the details on the funding that was created when RDGL traded under .02. The investor will want top ROI on the deal. Mgt gave the investor great terms. George has very deep pockets so for him, yes he owns his cheapies. Just caution on buying over .05 before we have the details. Not sure why this cure for cancer is not in silver land. Thinking caution without euphoric emotion should be harnessed to have the maximum gain here. Any thoughts?
