Excellent post USMC!!! The company did address the lawsuits in a PR. The other disadvantages will become advantages soon enough.

1. CVSI will be the first U.S. CBD company on the NASDAQ exchange.
2. PRs will flow more fluently when up-listed.
3. Remaining shorts will get squeezed like a teenage pimple.
4. FARM BILL with HEMP legalization will pass by End of Year.

Enjoy the next 1000% gains CVSI will have within the next few months.
