I disagree. You take into account the price of vanadium that was done by Largo at a reduced price and what it is now worth. Stating this is why the share price is where it is at because of this.

NioCorp was very conservative in its FS. There very well may be some dilution. I just don’t think we can comment on that until the agreements are made. The DOD my make this smaller than you may think. I don’t want to speculate to much into this until it plays out.

What we do know is the price of niobium and scandium was very conservative in the FS. We can also take into account the price has risen for these minerals since the FS. Hence, I feel the FS is bare minimum and this should also increase the PPS for NioCorp long term.
