Massive share issuance is obvious

The central questions, assuming he can get a definitive agreement (which, by the way, he still hasn't filed), are the following:

- What's the valuation that the market places on the target?
- What % of the company is left for existing ASKH holders?
- How is this financed? What mix of debt/equity?

At this point, the base case scenario is that he gets a 100% equity deal done. Then you have to answer questions 1 and 2. If he raises some debt (I don't see how, but it is possible), then more equity for ASKH holders.
