Under current Federal Law Recreational Pot is not legal. CBD products are. With recreational pot there are federal tax issues that negatively affect net profits.That will not be the case with CBD products. Also CBD products will be legal to sell across state lines. These products will add to the bottom line and provide the time needed to get past hurdles imposed by Federal Laws. Jeff Sessions by most accounts will be gone after the Mid-Term elections which could create a better climate for the Senate under Mitch McConnell to consider a couple of proposals to bar the Federal Government from interfering with States that have passed legislation that have legalized recreational pot. This is a 12-24 month time frame. The best solution would be to decriminalize pot on the Federal level but that is more of a long shot. Canada is different story since all pot will be legal this month. Good thing we also have a Canadian grow facility and can move ahead there!
