In the mean time with ref to the lack of funds, on the website there are 5 Directors and who knows how many sleepers...
Perhaps they have all taken out a reverse mortgage ????
With regards to Bankruptcy it depends what the judge decrees and under what section they file, However I don't believe for a second they will file BK,, Not after the 15 years and patent with a near future FDA approval..
