Why would the tweet be false? He clearly stated his focus is on MLHC and not WW...That is not putting the company down. He is sharing it with everyone at the same time so there is nothing illegal about it. He probably got emails or calls with questions about it so a tweet is the fastest way for everyone to be crystal clear about his focus.
