? Are you asking if your share are worthless ?

As I do not feel that my shares are worthless - if they were they would not of been ordered to provide shareholders an Offer of Settlement and submit to SEC per 2013 filing - copies still needed to be provided to shareholders as no one has received them per per posts here and the 2013
filing which of course states submitted to SEC -

And if you check the court ruling co ordered to plug wells in Oklahoma only

And why didn’t they just do as the court ordered to avoid being fined ... makes no sense unless it was part of an ugly plan to capture the Wells or leases for pennies on the dollar in a quick sale for settlement...
