This is NOT a shell play.

The stock has been suspended by the SEC for fraud. It will NEVER return to "normal" trading and will be stuck on the Gray Market forever. Well, near forever. Eventually FINRA will delete the ticker for inactivity.

The stock is worthless to everyone, including as a shell.

It has no value now, and never will.
