Would recommend you re-read the "BACKSTOP COMMITMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT" before you make a mistake you might regret.

Would pay attention to "9. CONDITIONS TO THE INVESTOR’S OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE SHARES OF COMMON STOCK."

At current SP the "Investor" has no obligation to purchase shares under clause found in Section 9 of the backstop agreement. Don't take my word for it... read the agreement and best of luck to you.

PS. Would also recommend you do a little DD on the investor. Appears they like to "short" their investments according to some recent court filings.
