Well according to filing from 2013 there was an “offer of settlement” submitted to SEC

And per investopedia corporations need to copy via letter to shareholders and post via press release as well as local news paper or media. However if any of us had a copy of this I think I would remember only thing think got in 2013 was a post card - confirming address
