Yeah I believe Shayne does live in Miami for about six months at a time_for real. His son John I think lives in the states full time also I believe now. If what you say is accurate, you definitely would have a fraud case if the statute of limitations hasn't run out on it. Shayne says his past legal issues aren't a problem anymore.

Heffo also may also stay in Dubai for a time each year_not sure!
