I disagree.

Leo, directors of IPIX know exactly what deal is described in the 'non binding term sheet'. As well, the other party that signed the deal, its CEO, CFO, COO and its directors also know what is in the 'agreement'.

'Secret news' in the White House lasts about one half hour so I cannot believe for a nano second that this IPIX industry 'secret' isn't available to many more than whom I have mentioned above.

Obviously, the deal was not that bullish for IPIX because the stock has lost 50% in value since that signing.

One doesn't have to be a nuclear scientist to agree with this simple logic.

I do understand many IPIX shareholders have real emotional attachment to IPIX, its ideas and hopes. Unfortunately, emotional subjectivity in trading equities causes otherwise intelligent, thoughtful people to do imprudent things.

Shoot me metaphorically in your posts if that makes one feel better but kindly remember I am just the messenger boy.
