IMO from watching L2 since June, I think we have some wolves in sheep clothing that constantly put up large ASKs and low bids to drop the pps to accumulate or flip. When ever it starts to move someone always stacks the ASK and puts in low bids. Look how quickly it dropped from .0275 the other day. That is killing the momo here IMO.
